Community Standards & No-Tolerance Policy

Spark is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. By using Spark, you agree to follow our guidelines:

  • No harassment, hate speech, or threats.

  • No explicit, illegal, or harmful content.

  • No impersonation, fraud, or abuse of the platform.

  • Any violation will result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

We use AI moderation, human review, and user reporting tools to ensure a safe experience. If you experience any misconduct, please report it immediately.

5.1. Spark allows users to post and share content. By posting, you grant Spark a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content.
5.2. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post.
5.3. Spark reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Reporting and Moderation

6.1. Users may report content or behavior that violates these Terms through in-app reporting tools.
6.2. Spark will review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or user suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Spark retains all intellectual property rights to the App, Services, and related materials.
7.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent from Spark.

8. Privacy

8.1. Your use of Spark is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8.2. By using Spark, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Account Termination

9.1. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings in the App.
9.2. Spark reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Are inactive for an extended period.

  • Are involved in illegal or harmful activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if Spark has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2. Spark provides the Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
11.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
